HOW IT WORKS

OUR HIRE PROCESS

DRIVERS

To ensure you are covered by our insurance, all drivers must be between the ages of 25 and 75, of good health and have held a full/valid driving license for at least two years. All named drivers’ license/s must be clear of any endorsements apart from up to six points for speeding offences, if there are any other current endorsements special conditions may apply.

We require a few documents from all named drivers, including drivers license information, DVLA check codes and proof of address. These will either be requested from you at the time of booking, or a follow up email will be sent advising what other documentation we may require.

COLLECTIONS

You are able to choose your collection timeslot depending on the day of the week that your booking will commence on. This can be selected on the booking page. We have decided to opt for afternoon/evening timeslots, as this gives you the freedom to prep and leave nice and early the following day! You are also able to drop the van back to us in the afternoon/evening.
(This is flexible and if you would rather collect in the morning, pop us an email and we will do our best to make it work!)


Please allow around 30 minutes for a comprehensive handover on collection of your campervan.
You can either arrange to collect the campervan from our handover premises (currently based in Paddock Wood), or depending on your location, we can arrange to deliver the van to your doorstep! Please visit the

BOOK ONLINE

Use our online booking system to check availability and to secure your chosen dates. Fill out the required information, add any optional extras and you're one step closer to your next adventure!
We request a 20% booking deposit at the time of booking, and require all remaining funds to be paid up to 30 days in advance. Any bookings that fall under 30 days require the full amount to be paid at the time of booking.

A £500 security deposit authorisation will be requested a few days prior to your booking start date. You will receive an email with more information on how to complete this stage. This deposit will be released back to you upon safe return of the vehicle, and once we have checked it for any damage or missing items etc. (Normally this is within a day or two!).

RETURNS

All vans need to be returned to us on your final day of booking within your chosen drop-off/return timeslot. This gives us enough time to clean and prepare the van for the next booking. 

Please ensure the campervan is returned with a full tank of fuel. There is an hourly charge for late returns, which will be taken from
your security deposit.

If you have arranged for campervan delivery / collection services, we will arrange to collect the van from the delivery location within your "drop-off" timeslot you selected during your initial booking.
